On February 2019, KCIH was again engaged to run the second window of the 2019 Business Support Program in the Ashanti Region. Our second engagement with NEIP was due to our impact on the project for the First Window. Over 170 Participants from all sectors had a week-long training and workshop full of activities at Valley View University, Kumasi Campus. Participants were trained in areas such as;
1. Preparing Business Module Canvas & Business Plan,
2. Accounting for Non-Accountants,
3. How to Know if your idea is good, and
4. how to pitch your ideas etc.
A 2-day pitching program was held to select candidates with the best innovative ideas that have the potential for creating jobs. In all, 30 people were selected by KCIH and presented to NEIP for funding.
